Based in Paris, I operate at the intersection of healthcare strategy and high-luxury management. My work is a synthesis of New York grit and Parisian sensibility, rooted in a core first principle: whether you are managing a patient’s well-being or a client’s legacy, the core deliverable is excellence in the human experience.

From Clinical Strategy to Cultural Intelligence
For nearly two decades, I navigated the high-stakes world of healthcare leadership within the United States. I received an  MHA from Columbia University, where I mastered the mechanics of trust, decision-making, and connection. Yet, a pivotal 30th birthday in Paris revealed a latent calling. I realized that the art of care I practiced in healthcare was the missing link in the business of desire within luxury.

In 2024, I made the transformative leap to Paris to codify this intuition. I will earn my MSc in Global Luxury Brand Management at Sup de Luxe (est. 2026), supplementing my strategic background with technical mastery in Gemology at L’ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts (supported by Van Cleef & Arpels) and Watch Advising through the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie.

The Strategic Edge
My perspective is shaped by immersive research into the psychological underpinnings of prestige. This includes the art and science of care and how individuals engage within the luxury and health ecosystems, from the palace hotels of Paris and the private salons of Saint Laurent, to elite health centers and hospitals.

My approach combines operational excellence with cultural fluency. I apply first-principles thinking from healthcare to luxury brand architecture, ensuring that storytelling is backed by robust systems and purposeful growth. I leverage my Jamaican-American roots to advise brands on global relevance, authenticity, and the nuanced "quiet power" of human experience.

Vision and Partnership
My goal is to turn ideas into measurable and meaningful expressions of value. Through my writing and consulting, I explore how the world’s most enduring brands can scale without losing their soul. Through my consulting work, I educate my clients on how to enhance the human experience through the art and science of care.
